Tasks:

  • You provide guests with professional advice and cordial service.
  • You take care of the preparation and realisation of the food and drink service.

Housekeeping (m/f/d)

  • You work fast and thoroughly, strictly observing all hygiene regulations.

Tasks:

  • You are the face of our hotel, the central point of contact for all enquiries, and responsible for the excellent care of our guests.
  • You are responsible for check-in and check-out and carry out all hotel reception activities.
  • If necessary, you take care of reservations and conduct multilingual guest correspondence.
  • You are entrusted with administrative tasks via the hotelkit digital platform, e.g. managing the electronic guest directory, electronic control and distribution of guest requests, repairs, etc.
  • You have an impeccable appearance and excellent manners.
  • You are confident and delight with excellent communication skills.
  • You have an open-minded and friendly personality, are a team player, and work independently and target-orientated.
  • You are business-orientated and have a passion for excellent service.
  • You are fluent in German and Italian.
  • You are familiar with the ASA PMS software.
